Another Reason to Vote for McCain

The Diplomad labels Susan Sarandon’s threat that, “if John McCain gets elected, she will move to Italy or Canada” as “The Best Reason to Vote for McCain.”

Except, of course, she’s unlikely to follow through. Alec Baldwin’s still here, after all.

Does she have a pied-à-terre in either country? Many celebrities have them sprinkled around the globe.

She’s welcome to her choice, but it does seem a bit overboard. This country’s big enough for both her and conservatives to occupy space concurrently. I figure she’s using the issue to get some free advertisement space in the “news” section of the MSM. It’s mutually beneficial as both she and the MSM are past their primes in contemporary America.

More empty promises from the left, whats new?

  3. Bithead says:

Alec Baldwin’s still here, after all.

And so are Streisand Martin Sheen, Tim Robbins, and I don’t know who else. Best I can tell these idiots have developed a 100% solid record of not following through on their threats, despite having large numbers of civic-minded people willing to pay for their plane tickets out… provided that they never return.

  4. Spoker says:

I’ll donate the first dollar to a collection to help her move. I’ll make it five if she can be banned from making a living in the U.S.

  5. Spoker says:

For the record Susan, please move to Italy. I vacation regularly in Canada and really don’t want to be blamed for dumping you on them.

  6. DL says:

With all three of the candidates for open borders and enviro-hoaxism like Canada -she won’t have to move to enjoy its socialist tendencies.
