That being said, they're not going to win it all this year anyways. But Limbaugh's claim is credible; you couldn't touch McNabb last year even though his completion percentage was in the bottom half of league QBs. With Owens this year instead of Thrash, improvement will be expected and no excuses will be tolerated.
