E-BOMB: CBS reports that a US E-Bomb is responsible for taking Iraqi television off the year.

They appear not to have any corroboration for this and, indeed, Iraqi television resumed broadcasting later, which would seem inconsistent with my, admittedly very limited, understanding of what an EMP does.
