OTB PUBLICITY: Apparently, I am again one of Technorati: Top 50 Interesting Newcomers. So, I’m still a newcomer. Which must mean on the days I don’t make the list, I’m not all that interesting. Indeed, I was only the 49th most interesting on this day, and I’ve never heard of most of the blogs ahead of me. Hmmm.
About the Author: James Joyner is the publisher of Outside the Beltway and the managing editor of the Atlantic Council. He's a former Army officer, Desert Storm vet, and college professor with a PhD in political science from The University of Alabama. He lives just outside the Beltway in Alexandria, Virginia.
