SULLY ON THE BEEB

SULLY ON THE BEEB: A running theme on Andrew Sullivan’s page of late has been the anti-war bias of the BBC’s coverage. This short posts explains why it matters so much. I must say, I’m seeing a lot less media bias than Sully. Mainly, I think, because I’m getting my war coverage from the Internet and, thus, getting such a wide variety of sources that the bias melts away. What little television coverage I’m getting is from having Fox News on in the background when not at the office or otherwise occupied. Fox, shall we say, isn’t one of the more left-leaning media sources out there.

About the Author: James Joyner is the publisher of Outside the Beltway and the managing editor of the Atlantic Council. He's a former Army officer, Desert Storm vet, and college professor with a PhD in political science from The University of Alabama. He lives just outside the Beltway in Alexandria, Virginia.
