YOUTH DISCRIMINATION?
The Supreme Court has agreed to hear a reverse-age-bias claim from younger workers who claim that companies who give retirement incentives to older workers are violating anti-age discrimination laws.

Oh, so even stupid people can get a hearing before the Supreme Court now, eh?!
(And I have colleagues who say that there is nothing wrong with our legal system, and the increase in idiotic litigation is all a myth. Sigh.)
