DREAM SUPER BOWL

Jerry Magee thinks the Carolina Panthers-New England Patriots matchup is going to make for a less-than-stellar Super Bowl draw.

I agree. Clearly, what the casual fans want to see is the marquee teams. The ideal match-up would, of course, be the Dallas Cowboys versus the New York Yankees. [But aren't the Yankees a baseball team? -ed. Yes.]

But the real question is, who will Kerry and Edwards publicly cheer for?

Wait a minute. I thought it was all about the commercials.

Isn't the parts with the men running around on the field where you talk to your friends and use the facilities if needed?

And then there is the fireworks and dancing personages near the middle of the event. That is the official "refill the snack bowls" break.

Ok - I confess that I do watch it for the game (but NOT for the halftime show!). Go Carolina...not my first choice but I always go with the underdog whenever I don't have a dog in the fight.
