Congrats to Intel Dump’s Phil Carter, who graduated from UCLA law school today. Now, he just has to pass the California bar exam. (I understand no smoking is allowed.) And change his site bio.

He's a former Army officer, Desert Storm vet, and college professor with a PhD in political science from The University of Alabama. He lives just outside the Beltway in Alexandria, Virginia.
