British Woman Sentenced for Ripping Off Ex’s Testicle

Amanda Monti, the Liverpool woman arrested last month for ripping her boyfriend’s testicle off and putting it in her mouth, has been sentenced:

A British woman was sentenced to 2 1/2 years in jail today for ripping off her ex-lover’s testicle with her bare hands during a drunken brawl after he refused her sex. Amanda Monti, 24, flew into a rage in May last year after Geoffrey Jones, 37, who had ended their long-term relationship, rejected her advances. She grabbed him by the genitals, tearing off his left testicle, then hid it in her mouth before a friend of Jones handed it back to him saying “that’s yours.”

Monti, of Birkenhead, near Liverpool, pleaded guilty to unlawful wounding at an earlier hearing.

Judge Charles James told Monti he had taken into account a number of descriptions of her as a kind, conscientious and caring person and that she had also pleaded guilty before the trial.

But, your honor, wouldn’t her actions seem to contradict that description?

All I can say is at least the man did not cut them off himself, like the other guy did a few days ago...

I would think anyone smart enough to suck air would conclude that this says more about the persons offering the descriptions than about Monti.

... It just occurred to me: If she had gotten both testicles, would that be a full Monti?
