YahooMail Upgrades to 1 Gig Free Storage

Responding to the flood of users shifting to Google’s G-Mail, Yahoo has announced that it is upgrading its free YahooMail accounts to one gigabyte of storage, matching G-Mail.
Yahoo hikes free email storage to 1 gigabyte
After Google launched its free e-mail service last year offering up to 1 gb of storage space, Yahoo Inc. today hit back by announcing that it will start offering 1 gb of storage space in its e-mail services, four times more than it now offers. Yahoo e-mail users across the world will be upgraded to the new service by end April, Yahoo announced and added it will be available to all language users. Yahoo mail is available in 15 languages around the world.
The company is also beefing up anti-virus protection for free e-mail users, giving them the ability to remove viruses from attachments — a feature that had only been available to paying users.
I actually use both services, finding them both useful in different ways. I’ve almost entirely dispensed with POP mail and, indeed, didn’t even bother setting up an account with my current ISP.

What do you see as the advantage of each?
G-Mail's search function is better (although Yahoo's is catching up) and the message threading is better than single messages for most uses.
Yahoo has the ability to create subfolders, which G-Mail doesn't. That's useful for certain kinds of things. Mostly, I use G-Mail for blog related things and much of my personal communication. I use Yahoo for OTB advertising transactions (moving them to a folder is useful), use the calendar for reminders, and a few other things.
