		<description>Kevin: Could be.  A lot will depend on Iraq, the economy, and their ability to get legislation passed. But midyear elections are often bad for the incumbents and the early polling isn&#039;t looking good, either.  This may not hurt much but it sure won&#039;t help.</description>
