Brett Marston analyzes the Afghan constitution and likes what he sees in the organization of its judiciary. Indeed, if all goes according to plan [When does it ever? -ed.], it sounds like they’re likely to be better than our own. Not that that’d be particularly difficult.

He's a former Army officer, Desert Storm vet, and college professor with a PhD in political science from The University of Alabama.
