What more would one expect from the Liberals who have had "Liberal Supreme Court Law" forced down the throats of every American and with the Alito Nomination might lose this source of making law they could not get passed in the Legislature.

Bainbridge is remarkably unpersuasive on the "executive deference" issue. The issue for liberals isn't deference to executive agencies---indeed one would expect him to favor a limitation of their "interference" with the free market.
