Cadet charged with 15 Code violations (ESPN)
A West Point cadet has been charged with taking nude and seminude pictures of several female cadets without their knowledge and posting them on his computer, authorities said.Cadet Mark Conliffe, 23, of Louisville, Ky. was charged last week with 15 violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, which applies to all cadets.
Conliffe, a senior, was also an offensive lineman for the Black Knights football team
While this is yet another black eye for the Army in the wake of the Abu Ghraib scandal, there once again is plenty of evidence that it’s not an institutional problem:
If found guilty, Conliffe would face dismissal from the Army, up to 25 years in a military prison, and forfeiture of pay and allowances.West Point spokesman Lt. Col. James Whaley said the academy takes the allegations seriously and will investigate the incident thoroughly while protecting the rights of the victims and the accused.
Contrast that with how this would be treated at most other Division I-A football programs.

They'd expel the women?
Of course, Conliffe was a senior, so he wouldn't be able to play another season anyway. So on second thought, I think any university in the country would have given him a very firm talking to. They have their standards, after all.
I HOPE ALL IS BEING DO NE THAT CAN BE DONE TO CONSOLE AND PROTECT THE FEMALR VICTIMS.I AM CONFIDENT THAT WHO EVER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS SICK ACT WILL BE DEALT WITH IN AN APPRPORIATE MANNER BY CIVILIAN AND/OR MILITARY AUTHORITIES.
