I saw many dollars wasted in Iraq and not on account of KBR. The military cannot supply the needs of the troops so we must contract. If you absolutely have to have it - call KBR, it will cost you a premium, as it should, but you will get it. Overruns and questionable spending are the fault of the military procurment people.
