		<description>The view of the anti-trust lawyers in my office, and those I know at the DOJ&#039;s anti-trust division, is that the Bush administration has chosen not to enforce the civil anti-trust laws.  The only exception to this was their disastrous challenge to the Peoplesoft-Oracle merger.</description>
