Some of you may have noticed the “ABOUT” link which has been atop the site for the last week or so. It’s a first cut at giving you the backgrounds of the authors of the site, now that the other authors on the site have graduated from occasional guest posters to full fledged contributors.
In the same vein, I’ve now added an “Authors” category to the left sidebar with sub-categories for each of the permanent contributors of the site. Given that 8383 posts bear my signature, I won’t bother going back and putting the old ones in my name (although if someone knows a way to do this more-or-less automatically, I’d be interested). Some of my co-authors, who have penned from 82 to 23 posts, may do so. In any case, we’ll annotate the posts accordingly from here on out, making it easier to find those from your favorite OTB authors.
About the Author: James Joyner is the publisher of Outside the Beltway and the managing editor of the Atlantic Council. He's a former Army officer, Desert Storm vet, and college professor with a PhD in political science from The University of Alabama. He lives just outside the Beltway in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife and infant daughter.
