Being for the Detriment of Mr. Pork
The folks at Red State are urging that people forgo a trip to Starbucks and instead donate the $10 they would have spent on fattening foodstuffs to Sean Parnell, who is attempting to knock of Don Young in the Republican primary for Alaska’s lone House seat. Erick Erickson argues, “If can’t spare $10.00 to defeat a corrupt, FBI raided, horse’s behind like Don Young, you probably should just keep your mouth shut when it comes to complaining about the GOP.”
I’m a bit dubious about attempts by outsiders to influence the outcome of local races but, yes, one would think that removing the most egregiously awful members of the delegation from office would be something that reform-minded members of a party could agree upon.

I sent $25 to Mr. Parnell's campaign after seeing the RedState blurb. Gotta clean house somewhere and the national GOP leaders don't seem to be up to the job.
