		<description>L., I think we all would be a more productive people if we followed your suggestion about a day of rest, commerce or otherwise.  Not only because of our Mormon friends or the admonition from Exodus.

A Sabbath&#039;s rest -- a real day off -- allowing the mind to lay fallow for 24 hrs would enhance performance the remaining 6 days.

Our family tradition is to do nothing productive on Sundays.  Not even -- gasp! -- blogging.</description>
