About the Author: James Joyner is the publisher of Outside the Beltway and the managing editor of the Atlantic Council. He's a former Army officer, Desert Storm vet, and college professor with a PhD in political science from The University of Alabama. He lives just outside the Beltway in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife and infant daughter.

Book Review: Sex and Love in Intimate Relationships.
This is not a "how to" manual. It is a "how to think" analysis of human sexuality and whether or not we will develop loving, intimate relationships in order to live healthy, integrated lives. It is not a handbook on what to do in the bedroom, rather it is a resource on what makes the bedroom experience fulfilling. It is not, however, for the casual reader.
