2001-2002 Documentation Specialist
Network Mantra, Chantilly, VA
Led documentation effort for netCM, a network configuration management
software package. Created and implemented templates for Customer Service,
Operations, and Design Guides. Wrote Test Plans, User Training, created
multimedia marketing presentations. Published documentation in Word, PDF and HTML formats.
2001 Technical Writer

Worked on-site at America Online in Dulles, VA. Wrote documentation for
Employee Central, a human resources extranet based on Eprise content

department. Responsible for creating and maintaining print documentation

1994-1996 Technical Writer
Led writing teams and wrote documentation for telecommunications companies
and local government agencies. Wrote feature documentation for the NORTEL
DMS100 telephone switch. Created standards, documentation, and procedures
for successful ISO 9001 and Bellcore certification projects. Wrote process
