John Cole is giving it a go. He’s doing slightly less well than Atrios, so far having raised
$60.25, two books, and an offer to pay me to never blog again.
Still pretty good, I guess.

He's a former Army officer, Desert Storm vet, and college professor with a PhD in political science from The University of Alabama. He lives just outside the Beltway in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife and infant daughter.

Hehe- sure I have a job. My fund is far less serious in tone, as it should be recognized by the title in most of the posts (Balloon Juice Laptop Fiasco).
I will be shocked if I get over 100 bucks.
