It&#039;s fragmentary, preliminary and sloppy as to terminology. (I&#039;m thinking of Julian&#039;s follow-up post where he distinguishes among three different meanings of &quot;rights.&quot; You could argue that my post is rife with exactly the confusion he despaired of dispelling.)
