Sarah Michelle Gellar to Play Porn Star (UK Sun)
Sexy Buffy The Vampire Slayer actress Sarah Michelle Gellar is to play a porn star. She is hoping to ditch her good girl image in a new movie that looks at the seedy world of X-rated movies.
Sarah will play busty blonde Krysta Now in the saucy project, Southland Tales.
Disappointingly, given the cast this looks like it will be a completely mainstream film, so we probably won’t see Buffy nekkid:
The movie will also star The Rock, Seann William Scott, Jon Lovitz, Justin Timberlake, Kevin Smith and Mandy Moore.
Jon Lovitz? Eww. Well, I guess someone has to play Ron Jeremy.

Sigh. Still have a crush on the Gellar of "Cruel Intentions" or whatever that "Dangerous Liaisons" knockoff was.
Doubtful that it could be as genuinely great a movie as Boogie Nights. Hollywood's standard MO is to lard an anti-porn moral of a plot with lots and lots of register-ringing softcore titillation. Pure hypocrisy. If we get more than that in the new movie, it will be a miracle.
