Sure he got all the standard GOP talking points in, and loaded it with as much panic-inducing language as he could to increase pressure without actually causing panic.  But in general, I think the American people are better informed because he made the speech.

Yeah, the delivery was dry, but I much prefer that to his usual whining-tone and informal mannerisms.</description>
