		<description>The Pentagon loves &quot;liberation.&quot;  My second campaign star, for Desert Storm, is technically for a phase called &quot;The Liberation of Kuwait.&quot;  I also received, after getting out of the service, two medals called &quot;The Liberation of Kuwait Medal,&quot; one from the government of Saudi Arabia and the other from the government of Kuwait.  Oddly, the second one came much later.</description>
