		<description>I don't think the appointment of Judges in Canada is much different than here in the US. Political hacks are rewarded with lucrative choice appointments. Look what we have right here in the US. We have Federal and Supreme Court Judges who violate the Law and get away with it. Could it be that these Judges have political "Friends" in high places??</description>
