The Winners
First: Brandon Jaynes – Picture entered into the record by Ted Kennedy, during the questioning of John Roberts, over Roberts’ opinions of the 1964 Civil Rights Act and Voting Rights Act.
Second: The Pirate – Guess which ballot won’t be counted.
Third: Mr. Right – FOUR unidentified “registered” Democrats vote straight party tickets in Chicago.
Honorable Mention:
Brian J. – Pugsy and Imp, with a little help from their roommates, vote for Hillary.
yetanotherjohn – It turned out it was a black and white issue they were voting on.

About the Author: Rodney has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse, back from when people knew what Hollerith cards were, and actually used the toggle switches on the front of computers. Thanks, Rodney. I thought that the caption might be too "politically heavy." I watched the Roberts-Kennedy exchange, and that exchange popped in my head as soon as I saw the picture.
