The Winners

First: Laurence Simon – Dick Cheney reels from another bad choice of hiring staffers left over from Al Gore’s tenure.

Second: McGehee – Upon seeing the photo at left, Vice President Cheney reacted, “I wish those Democrats would stop bringing up my daughter!”

Third: Allan Guyton – Rumsfeld’s killer Rottweiler Chomps goes undercover, but fails to fool Cheney after the “Fake Barney” incident.”

Best Dog Caption:

After reading the complete Harry Potter series, Dick found he was able cast a transformation on Hillary clinton.
