CAR SHOW

From what I’ve seen of the cars unveiled at the 2004 North American International Auto Show, some very interesting vehicles are coming out. The C-6 Corvette, Pontiac Solstice, and the retro 2005 Mustang (scheduled for this spring) are all particularly good looking yet innovative vehicles. Indeed, this is the first Mustang I’ve found appealing since the 1984 GT model debuted.

NYT has a good feature on the show and MSNBC features a slide show that’s javascript enabled; I can’t figure out how to link it directly but it’s on the front page right now. They show the Mustang in red, which I find more attractive than the silver. (My current car, a 2000 Ford Contour SVT, is silver but it doesn’t suit the Mustang’s, um, contours.)

You're right. That late-60's Cobra styling is *much* more attractive than anything they've put out recently.
