		<description>One would have the impression that Clark has the inconsistency of Clinton without the charisma or the 
cunning.  He attributes commentary to fictitious think tanks and receives fictitious phone calls from the white house.  His promotion to 4 star general appears to be the result of smoke filled room politics.  Nobody noticed because nobody cares.

His appeal?  He's a liberal general that most of the democratic public knows little about.

My prediction is the Dean will eat him alive.
