Jefferson is screaming that Pelosi is being â??discriminatoryâ?? , a line I'm not too clear on. Apparently, the â??discriminatoryâ?? line is based on the idea that he was asked to resign based on a pending indictment, and Mollohan was not.

But that doesn't make much sense as an argument, unless he's going to either discount his own screaming about Delay, or lay the claim that Delay is really a black man and we just never knew about it.

Still, this point about Mollohan is well taken and perhaps displays another Democrat party double standard.
