While I'm not certain that this committee have the jurisdiction, the anti-trust exemption that MLB enjoys pretty much dictated that Congress, in general have to be the oversight power.

Thank goodness we have a true public servant and patriot in the courageous Rep. Tommy Davis to investigate the most pressing issue facing the country: whether or not some of our nation's millionaires are inappropriately taking legal drugs.

If we don't stop these millionaire drug users, the terrorists will have won!
