Caption contests are ongoing at Ipse Dixit (midnight tonight), Wizbang (Sunday), and OTB (noon Monday).
There is also a casting call for the Blogger Animal House, with Dodd Harris, Citizen Smash, and others vying for key roles.
About the Author: James Joyner is the publisher of Outside the Beltway and the managing editor of the Atlantic Council. He's a former Army officer, Desert Storm vet, and college professor with a PhD in political science from The University of Alabama. He lives just outside the Beltway in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife and infant daughter.

There have been a number of good proposals for Animal House, and I am currently in a three-way tie for D-Day with Citizen Smash and Cold Fury Mike. Smash has indicated he is more Otter, so please vote him for Otter, and me for D-Day. :)
