I don't see him being charged for anything he did back then. But maybe Rumsfeld glad-handed him a 'get out of jail free' card when they shook hands. Also, one reason the OJ trial got more press was because it was going on practically _every_damn_day_ for months on end. Saddam's trial keeps getting put on hold for silly things like assassinated judges and so forth. Nah, Saddam - back when we liked him 'cause he was slaughtering Iranians.
