It’s time for CPAC to quite embarrassing itself and the conservative movement by inviting this vile woman year after year.

Good god! Who cares about Ann Coulter--she's a comedian, for crissakes.

This entire affair obscures the REAL embarassment that CPAC embraced this year: Dick Cheney.

Unlike Coulter, Cheney ACTUALLY HAS SUBSTANTIVE POWER. And, of course, his record has been one of embrassment and one that is harmful to the country.

It's not about a lack of a sense of humor, it's people getting mad that someone who supposedly wants to support them, keeps harming their public image, intentionally or not. It's not funny when you have to convince people who're not a homo-phoebe because of what somebody else said. Coulter is making herself a liability to the entire conservative movement.

Coulter has made good points in the past. She'll probably make good points in the future.

She gravely overshot her mark here (and elsewhere) in trying to play to the crowd. She should take a break, reassess her audience and her talking points, then try again.

'Red meat' is one thing. Stinking masses of offal are another.

Spineless sensitivity runs rampant in a country that depends on free speech for it's very survival.
The left demands tolerance while exhibiting none.
Anyone even slightly right of center is used to being maligned and insulted daily from the left.
For these reasons and more, I find Ann Colter to be insightful and hilarious!
