About the Author: James Joyner is the publisher of Outside the Beltway and the managing editor of the Atlantic Council. He's a former Army officer, Desert Storm vet, and college professor with a PhD in political science from The University of Alabama. He lives just outside the Beltway in Alexandria, Virginia.

Can't wait to see if your voice is like I've always imagined.
ALmost turned the live stream off thinking you where a no show. Wasn't expecting the accent but your radio character confirmed your blog character. It was a real interesting discussion.

The flu and a sore throat have changed my voice somewhat, so I'm not sure how representative this sample was. I've got an accent even without illness, however.
