 Outside the Beltway

CPAC: Michelle Malkin

I’ve finally gotten around to downloading the rest of my photos from CPAC, including this one from Michelle Malkin’s book signing:

Photo: Michelle Malkin at CPAC

Kevin Aylward introduced me to Michelle’s husband, who was tending their two children while she was signing the books and then I met Michelle afterwards. She posed for lots of pictures and was very sweet despite feeling very under the weather with the nasty flu bug that seems to be going around these parts.

Kevin McCullough, LaShawn Barber, Wes Roth, Bryan Preston, Jennifer Biddison, and Matt Margolis also do Malkin blogging from the convention. Most of their photos are better; for some reason, most of my CPAC pictures didn’t turn out well, despite a Nikon CoolPix 995 that’s served me well in other settings.

Michelle’s CPAC wrap-up is here.

I'm curious as to how Michelle saw fit to expose to many people to the influenze virus.

Probably because it's less virulent than Air America Radio. But then again, I'm sure more people were at risk of being exposed to her in that one appearance than in a whole week of AAR programming.

Walter

I agree Jarvis has that same problem - maybe these well read bloggers don't have to worry about how their site looks, yes - Malkin and Jarvis both have crappy pics, at least Glenn stopped using pics that made him look younger. Jarvis looks pretty good for his age if he reads this I hope he notes that his blog pic makes him look like a capital hillbilly. If Malkin reads this - well, I'll just say her site pic should really be changed - that is all I'll say cause I'm a nice guy and don't rag on crappy Jewish World review columns.

She has a flu bug in that pic? She looks a bit tired but she still looks great.

CPAC: Michelle Malkin

Michelle Malkin who, like me, is fighting the flu, is going to be at CPAC this afternoon for a book signing. Had I known, I’d have brought my copy of her book.

I’ll try to make it to her chat and say hello.
