Debate Spoilers

I was at the Braves-Nationals game last night and missed the Republican debate. I was planning to catch the re-run this morning on C-SPAN but Patrick Hynes spoiled it for me by sending out five emails telling me that John McCain won the debate, making it two in a row. Frankly, it’s not much fun watching if you know the outcome in advance, so I’ll likely skip it.
Sadly, a trip to Tuscany will cause me to miss the next debate, too. I suppose I’ll have to rely on Pat’s analysis again. I wonder if McCain can pull off the sweep?

Hynes had that release written days ago, at least. Does anyone really expect he'd be saying anything else? I mean, that's his JOB, right?

I'm pretty sure these were his honest-to-God opinions and that the clips he sent of others saying McCain had won represented a true cross-section of opinion rather than being cherry picked examples.
My heart goes out to you James. Having to endure a trip to Tuscany instead of watching Republican politicians! If you are looking for anyone to make the trip in your place, please, let me know!
