		<description>FWIW, I disagree with the use of the word &quot;Revolt&quot;, which is a positive action and usually an action of courage.

This vote by the Congress is giving in to fear, and has nothing to do with courage. Therefore, to my thinking, &quot;revolt&quot; does not apply.</description>
