I find it funny that so many people are making such a big deal out of this marriage. So she is 15 years older then he. No one is making a big deal about Donald Trump being 25 years older then Milania.

In a business where so many people jump in and get married in a very short time, Demi and Ashton have been together for some time now. They have taken the time to get to know each other. Ashton has been accepted by her children and even her ex-husband.

I have been married to my husband for seven years and I am 16 years older then he is. He was 22 when we were married. A lot of people we knew thought it was a bad idea at the time. But they see us together and with my son and people have come around. We are happy and we are good to and for each other.

Age has nothing to do with love and marriage. How you feel for each other and how you treat each other is much more important. If Demi and Ashton are happy and her children are happy that is what counts.

I for one am glad they have found each other and I hope things between them works out.

I find it bizarre that people still are hung up on their age difference. Demi is NOT old enough to be his mother. It's a mere 15 year difference. (I, on the other hand, for a year have been dating a man old enough to be my son - it's a 20 year difference.) Way overdue time to realize men have been dating younger for eons, and women can too; and can be beautiful at any age. It's not about age, but personalities and Demi and Ashton seem a very fine complement. Congratulations to them both!
