		<description>Mubarak didn&#039;t stay in power all these years because he&#039;s stupid.  He&#039;s not going to let a &quot;fair&quot; election happen, and it&#039;ll more likely resemble a Zimbabwe style farce.  Or else he&#039;ll use fear of an Islamist victory to scare everyone into voting for him.</description>
