The guy&#039;s a one-term senator who used to be a trial lawyer and whose primary association in the public&#039;s mind is with John Kerry.

I continue to think he is chiefly a construct of &quot;internet Dems&quot; and perhaps the screwy Iowa process.  But I would be happy to be shown otherwise.</description>
