RIP. I remember watching the Snake River Canyon jump as a kid.

And he just made up with Kanye West. Wait a minute: he took his photo with Kanye, then he died, and Kanye's mother took her photo with him, and she died.

Is Kanye West the Angel of Death?

RIP. I was briefly acquainted with him in the summer of 1978, when I was a summer clerk at the law firm that successfully defended him in a breach of contract lawsuit in Austin. Among other things, I was, believe it or not, his designated driver and host for the Austin night-life during the trial. He was a fascinating man who I ended up both liking and respecting.

[...] Although he dropped off the pop culture radar in the ’80s, Knievel always had fans and enjoyed a resurgence in popularity in recent years. In later years he still made a good living selling his autographs and endorsing products.
