		<description>I have yet to see a re-count where the vote totals don&#039;t change. Voting just always has some problems. The question is if we see them (and did they impact the result). 

One precinct of poorly informed poll workers does not a scandal make any more than the NH precinct that left out the Ron Paul votes due to clerical error.</description>
