Thinking about it, I realise that for the vast majority of my years, I to have had a plan when I take a dump. The plan usually involved the smallest room in my house or its equivalent and a quick check for soft paper on a roll. The surest sign he is running is if he pays off some 20 year old parking tickets. I follow politics, but I can honestly say I had no idea, no inkling of an idea, not even the faintest shadow of an idea that Fred Thompson won't take a dump without a plan.
