FRENCH AGGRESSION: Bill Gertz of the Washington Times reports France is selling Iraq parts for its Air Force in preparation for the war with the US. This is not only a violation of international law–it violates the UN sanctions regime–but it is tantamount to war against the United States. (Thanks to Jeffrey Collins for the link.)
