FRENCH BASHING–LITERALLY: A friend e-mailed me about this anti-France protest in Nashville where participants smashed a Peugeot with a sledgehammer.
What does bashing a French car with a sledgehammer have to do with peace?”Nothing,” said radio host Steve Gill at the WWTN (99.7 FM) ”Bash A Peugeot For Peace” rally on Broadway yesterday. ”But most of the peace rallies have nothing to do with peace, either. They’re just attacking America. By calling our rally this, we just wanted to underline that point.”
Indeed.
