Jeff Jarvis has discovered that Janeane Garofalo ain’t none too bright. An amazing revelation, to be sure.

He's a former Army officer, Desert Storm vet, and college professor with a PhD in political science from The University of Alabama. She isn't much of an actress, either.
I must admit that in the past, I have found some of her stand-up amusing.
One thing is clear: as a political analyst, she stinks.

Actually, politics aside, I think she's pretty smart. I like her sharp brand of snarky comedy and I tend to like her movies. But her political analysis does suck.
