GET OUT OF WAR FREE CARD: VOA is reporting that the US is offering Saddam complete amnesty for all crimes if he’ll abdicate short of war. As gaulling (spelling intended) as that would be, it would indeed “be a cheap price to pay to avoid war.” (From GoogleNews)
